FOOD FOR LESS EASTMAN LLC in Eastman, GA is hiring a store lead in the deli department. You will supervise day-to-day operations, ensure food safety, train staff, and drive merchandising and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in deli/cooking environment preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Arrives on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work; attends required trainings.
• Provide courteous, attentive customer service and greet customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Lead department operations, merchandising, and supervise staff within the deli area.
• Oversee food preparation, inventory, prep, cooking, and cleaning.
• Ensure safety compliance and participate in preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Manage checkout procedures and POS transactions per company policy.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
