Assured Data Protection Inc. is seeking a Senior Service Delivery & Support Engineer to own customer onboarding, backup/recovery operations, and escalated support for APS.

The role emphasizes hands-on Rubrik administration, strong troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the Public Sector unit. Ideal candidates will bring enterprise backup expertise, virtualization and networking skills, and a track record of delivering repeatable service-delivery practices to help

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience administering enterprise backup, recovery, disaster-recovery, or data-protection platforms in production environments.
• Senior-level troubleshooting across backup software, virtualization, storage, networking, OS, and infrastructure services.
• Experience communicating clearly with customers, engineers, vendors, and management during high-pressure events.
• Ability to operate independently in a small team and adhere to security and change-control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead or serve as senior technical owner for onboarding and implementation of APS backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery services.
• Translate customer requirements into an executable implementation plan and operational handoff.
• Lead deployment, configuration, testing, and acceptance of APS-managed customer appliances and connectivity.
• Coordinate implementation dependencies across customer teams, APS operations, security, vendors, and datacenter resources.
• Validate backup protection, retention, recovery, replication, connectivity, monitoring, and readiness before service activation.
• Maintain accurate implementation, asset, configuration, support, and handoff records.
