Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead implementation and modernization of enterprise Data Protection environments. The role is client-facing, delivering scalable, secure backup solutions and coordinating across delivery teams.

You will travel to customer sites to support deployment and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Cohesity, Commvault, Rubrik, Dell DP Suite, and related platforms, with cloud integration and DR planning expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise data protection platforms in consulting or professional services.
• Expertise with Cohesity, Commvault, Rubrik, and Dell Data Protection suites.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data protection and connectivity issues across multi-site environments.
• Experience integrating protection across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure backup platforms for optimal data protection.
• Lead deployment, migration, and modernization initiatives at customer sites.
• Create solution designs, implementation plans, and runbooks.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and account teams.
• Provide post-implementation knowledge transfer and RCA.
• Support junior team members and ensure delivery quality.
