Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Backend Systems Engineer to design, build, and operate large-scale distributed backend services powering mission-critical workloads. You will architect core platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of backend experience, strong Java/Go/Scala skills, and deep knowledge of distributed systems, data stores, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 6+ years of professional backend engineering experience with distributed systems.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Go, or Scala.
• Experience with Kafka and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficient in SQL and NoSQL data stores.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale distributed backend systems in Java/Go/Scala.
• Architect data partitioning, replication, and consistency strategies.
• Build observability with logs, metrics, and tracing.
• Lead architecture reviews and trade-off analyses.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and collaborate with SRE teams.
