Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Go Application Engineer to design and build high-performance backend services, cloud-native applications, and tooling. You will tackle latency, concurrency, and deployment concerns across teams.

You will work with product, design, and operations to translate requirements into robust Go systems, review code, and mentor junior engineers to raise the bar in production-ready software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Go.
• Strong knowledge of Go concurrency (goroutines, channels, contexts).
• Experience building production gRPC and REST APIs in Go.
• Kubernetes-native development experience (client-go, controller-runtime).
• Solid relational and key-value data stores experience.
• Understanding of distributed systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD and container deployments.
• Excellent debugging and performance engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-performance backend services in Go.

• Contribute to codebase across multiple teams.
