• 5+ years of software development experience with Back End focus.
• 3+ years of Java fundamentals and Spring Boot
• 3+ years of GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and microservices experience
• 3+ years of database design and optimization (relational/NoSQL)
• 2+ years of SDLC, Git, branching, and CI/CD
• 2+ years of code reviews and testing strategy experience
• 2+ years of cloud-native development and deployment patterns

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of scalable digital solutions.
• Write production-ready code and develop complex components.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Champion testing, CI/CD, and observability practices.
• Own QA processes for complex features and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders.
• Lead agile ceremonies and help remove blockers for the team.
