Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant software engineering experience with backend systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years backend experience with authentication or security-critical systems.
• Deep expertise in Python and API management (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, WebAuthn).

Responsibilities

• Make technical decisions affecting multiple teams and domains.
• Establish conventions and processes for engineers to follow.
• Lead multi-team initiatives and prioritize work across teams.
• Mentor engineers and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
