Lead Bank is hiring a backend engineer to design, build, and maintain large-scale systems in a cloud-native environment. You will work with product managers and stakeholders to define roadmaps and implement new features with a focus on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex projects in backend engineering.
• Passion for building large-scale systems in a cloud-native environment (AWS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of at least one language (Go and/or Java).
• Demonstrated experience designing large-scale systems and maintaining high-quality codebases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain large-scale backend systems with focus on performance, reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define roadmaps and implement features.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to grow the team.
• Lead architecture discussions and delivery of critical projects on schedule.
