Job summary

Lead Bank seeks a seasoned backend engineer to design, build and maintain large-scale systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability. You will work with product managers and stakeholders across the company to implement features that address product goals and customer needs.

Candidates should have 7+ years shipping in cloud-native environments (AWS) and strong skills in Go and/or Java, with proven leadership and mentoring abilities. Hybrid work in NYC/SF Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience shipping successful projects.
• Building large scale systems in a cloud native environment (AWS).
• Strong command of at least one language (Go and/or Java).
• Experience in large scale systems, maintaining high quality code and delivering on schedule.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders on goals.
• Curious, humble and eager to learn.
