Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with a track record shipping large projects.
• Built large-scale cloud-native systems, preferably on AWS.
• Proficient in Go and/or Java; strong code quality and delivery.
• Led engineers, mentored junior staff and grew teams.
• Collaborates with product and stakeholders to define roadmaps.
