Lead in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, NYC is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build and maintain large-scale backend systems in a cloud-native environment, focusing on performance, reliability and scalability. You will work with product managers and stakeholders to deliver features powering fintech products.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years shipping complex systems, strong Go/Java, AWS, and leadership experience mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience shipping successful projects.
• Strong background building large-scale cloud-native systems (AWS).
• Proficiency in Go and/or Java.
• Track record of delivering high-quality code on schedule.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Ability to align stakeholders and collaborate cross-functional.
• Curiosity, humility and willingness to learn.
