Spotify is expanding its Mission Control team within the Podcast Platform Product Area to build and operate backend systems that power creator content at scale. You will design reliable infrastructure, lead cross-functional initiatives, and help evolve our platform to support new formats and distribution standards.

The role requires strong Java backend experience, cloud familiarity (GCP/AWS), API development, and a comfort with AI-powered tools.
