Job summary

Glow is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join its R&D team and shape the future of endpoint security. You will design, build, and operate reliable backend services and microservices at scale using Python and Go.

You’ll work with AWS and Kubernetes, design data schemas, run migrations, and power analytics on ClickHouse, collaborating with product, design, and data teams in a fast-moving, high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• Production experience building backend services at scale.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with microservices and PostgreSQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate backend services and microservices in Python and Go.
• Design schemas, run migrations, and power analytics with ClickHouse.
• Deploy and operate services on AWS + Kubernetes.
• Improve reliability, performance, and observability; participate in design/code reviews.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams and iterate quickly.
