Job summary

Glow is seeking an AI Engineer to own the intelligent decision-making pipelines that transform workspace telemetry into autonomous security actions. You will design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows that drive Glow's preventive operating model and real-time remediation capabilities.

You will work on production-grade AI systems, integrating ML models across clustering, text extraction, document analysis, and tabular data, ensuring observability, security, and scalability in an enterprise

Qualifications

• Deep experience with LLMs and the modern agentic stack (LangGraph, AutoGPT, tool-calling).
• You are a coder first and comfortable with large codebases and production-grade code.
• You choose the right tool for the job based on value to the user.
• Strong experience with Python and SQL; interface with Postgres and ClickHouse.
• You care about version control, testing, and CI/CD.
• You thrive in fast-moving environments and solve hard problems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Math, Statistics or equivalent AI practical experience.
• Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English.

Responsibilities

• Own AI capabilities from research to production deployment and monitoring.
• Design and build multi-step agentic workflows for autonomous remediation.
• Integrate ML models across research and product pipelines (clustering, text extraction, document analysis, and tabular data).
• Ship production-grade AI with high throughput, resilience, and scalability.
• Implement guardrails and evaluation to benchmark accuracy and privacy.
