Coterie is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to lead design, development, and maintenance of complex backend systems for insurance tech. You will mentor teammates, drive architectural decisions, and ensure scalable, reliable software aligned with business goals.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• 5+ years in the insurance industry
• 5+ years building production APIs in C#/.NET 5+
• Experience with microservices in a containerized environment
• Experience with cloud-based SQL/NoSQL and cloud services
• Experience using Git/GitHub for collaboration
• Experience writing unit and integration tests (Postman or equivalent)
• Strong problem-solving to debug and improve performance
• Cross-functional collaboration and code-review participation
• Willingness to learn new technologies
