Placements24 is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join a fully remote engineering team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable server-side systems powering core products for thousands of customers globally.

You will collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps to ship reliable, tested features on a regular cadence, in a culture that values ownership, mentorship, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases, caching, and distributed systems.
• Cloud platforms and containerized deployments experience.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other engineers.
