Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of backend development experience.
Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OS, networking.
Proficiency with Rust; Go or C++ also considered with Rust familiarity.
Experience with Linux internals, performance profiling, and debugging distributed systems.
Innovative mindset with a fast-learning approach in a rapidly changing tech landscape.
