Maesn is a growing European SaaS startup seeking a senior engineer to own our Azure infrastructure end-to-end and drive reliability across production. You will implement observability, reduce incidents, and collaborate closely with the CTO and founders to raise the bar on security and performance.

In this role, you will mentor other engineers, ship features with the broader team, and maintain a lean, codified infrastructure using TypeScript/Node.js.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and running backend services in production, including ownership of infrastructure, deployments and incidents.
• Experience debugging latency spikes, timeouts and flaky dependencies, and root-cause analysis.
• Azure production workloads hands-on experience.
• Observability with tracing, logging and metrics; OpenTelemetry preferred.
• IaC mindset and codifying infrastructure over manual clicks.
• Security-by-default approach including secrets and access controls.
• Backend in production using TypeScript/Node.js.
• Pragmatic mentoring to raise team standards.

Responsabilités
