Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced backend developer to join a forward-thinking engineering team delivering high-impact software solutions for global enterprise clients. You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend systems in a fully remote, Europe-wide program.

This role emphasizes modern architectures, cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), CI/CD, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of commercial software development experience, backend-focused.
• Proficiency in multiple backend languages/frameworks: C#, .NET, C++ or comparable.
• Experience with modern backend architectures: microservices, scalable, maintainable apps.
• Cloud-based solution design and deployment experience (Azure and/or AWS).
• Relational databases knowledge: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL in production.
• Ability to contribute to technical design decisions and architecture.
• DevOps/CI-CD familiarity is advantageous.
• Client-facing experience delivering software projects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication in English, and collaboration with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy backend solutions with scalable performance.
• Apply microservices and modular design principles for maintainable systems.
• Build and manage cloud-based applications on Azure/AWS.
• Design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL).
• Participate in architectural decisions and improve system design.
