Responsibilities

• Own communications platform end-to-end from design to rollout.
• Build scalable backend services with Python, FastAPI, AWS events.
• Ensure reliable exactly-once delivery with idempotency and retries.
• Implement consent, opt-ins, and message privacy in sends.
• Design OpenAPI endpoints and evolve patient APIs.
• Improve reliability, observability, and incident response.
• Lead design discussions and mentor engineers.
