Unity is seeking a senior backend developer to join the Offerwall team. You will design and build features, refactor existing systems, and own critical backend components that process events at scale while ensuring privacy and accurate user identification.

Collaboration across global teams and using AI-assisted tools are encouraged. Responsibilities include building resilient services, participating in reviews, and working with product teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on backend development in Golang or Java.
• Experience designing and maintaining distributed web services at scale.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar).
• Ability to produce and analyze web service event audit trails.
• Proficient with AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality.

Responsabilités

• Design and build new features; refactor and optimize as needed.
• Maintain resilient backend services processing high-volume events.
• Own a key part of a large system and build domain knowledge with team support.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
