The ideal candidate has 10+ years in complex, large-scale environments with Java or Python, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud/Kubernetes exposure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale apps with complex integrations.
• Strong programming experience with Java and/or Python.
• Experience developing and consuming web services and APIs.
• 4+ years with data technologies and databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, NiFi, Kafka, Elasticsearch).
• Experience writing and executing SQL scripts with large datasets.
• 3+ years of CI/CD and build automation (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins).
• 3+ years of cloud experience (Azure or GCP).
• 3+ years of Kubernetes experience.
• 3+ years of test automation or SRE monitoring.
• Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain large-scale apps and complex integrations.
• Build and enhance back-end systems, APIs, and services.
• Support production applications, troubleshoot issues, and perform incident analysis.
• Assist with deployments and release activities.
• Work with databases, large datasets, messaging platforms, and monitoring tools.
• Develop and maintain automated testing and monitoring capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, developers, and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support integrations between upstream and downstream systems.
