Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Experience building highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes.
• Ability to define a technical plan for delivering a significant feature or system component.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly goals for the team and drive delivery through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design and analytics during ideation and trade-off discussions.
• Identify and lead solutions to project, process or technology issues.
• Monitor and support operations and availability of team artifacts, including metrics and on-call duties.
• Set and promote code review and design standards beyond the team and mentor others.
