Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering in SaaS/FinTech preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field preferred
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, and Micronaut proficiency
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices
• Experience with PostgreSQL/Redis and cloud-native environments (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git)
• Experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus
• Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver scalable solutions
• Team-oriented, communication, and mentoring skills
• Interest in AI-assisted development tools
