Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, backend focus.
• Proficient in a modern compiled language (Java/Go/C++).
• Interest in learning JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend tech.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative mindset and mentorship desire.
• Experience with IAM concepts (OAuth/SSO, RBAC/ABAC, login/registration) is a plus.

• Design, architect, build, and deliver core IAM components.
• Lead projects from specification to delivery.
