The candidate will design and build IAM features, mentor teammates, and lead critical projects while improving code quality and alignment with best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on backend systems.
• Proficient in a modern compiled language (Java, Go, C#, C++, etc.).
• Willingness to learn JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend tech (React, Redux).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Desire to mentor engineers and collaborate.
