You will design and deliver core IAM components, mentor teammates, and drive complex projects across authentication and authorization systems. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with backend focus.
• Strong background in building identity and access management systems (authentication, authorization).
• Willingness to learn JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Curiosity, empathy, and a passion for solving hard problems in CS.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, build, and deliver core IAM components.
• Lead projects from specification to delivery.
