Qualifications

• 5+ years in production backend development
• Experience with Python, Go, or similar languages
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems architecture
• Relational database design and optimization
• Excellent communication with product and design teams

• Own design and implementation of core backend services and APIs
• Ensure services scale, are reliable, and secure
• Collaborate with product, frontend and platform teams
• Lead code/design reviews and mentor engineers
