Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience in distributed environments.
• Experience with server-side architecture focusing on performance, security, and scalability.
• Ability to design and run growth experiments or A/B tests using data.
• Experience integrating with databases and caching layers in high-throughput systems.
• Collaborates with product and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.
