Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience at scale.
• Expertise with Go and PostgreSQL and distributed messaging (Kafka).
• Experience owning system design and driving technical proposals.
• Mentoring engineers and improving code quality.

Responsibilities

• Own design, build, and scaling of backend services for settlements and transfers.
• Lead code reviews and drive performance and reliability improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering culture.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams on roadmaps.
