Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on backend software development.
• Experience in building production-quality, highly performant and scalable distributed systems and Service-Oriented architecture.
• Experience in one of the JVM languages Java / Scala / Kotlin +SpringBoot.
• Experience in writing high quality production code that is tested thoroughly, supported by clear documentation and has appropriate production observability.
• Strong CS fundamentals, including OO concepts, data structures, algorithms, and systems architecture.
• Solid understanding and experience with NoSQL and relational DB
• Empathy with users internal and external, and a strong customer focus
• Strong communicationskills and a collaborative mindset.
