Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on backend software development.
• Experience building production-quality, highly scalable distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Java/Scala/Kotlin and SpringBoot.
• Experience with production observability and well-documented code.
• Strong CS fundamentals: OO, data structures, algorithms, systems design.
• Knowledge of NoSQL and relational databases.
• Empathy for users and strong collaboration with teams.
