What You’ll Do

• Design, build, andmaintainscalable,reliableand performant services and systems

• Build and launch new capabilities and products that bring significant value to customers internal and external

• Uphold our high engineering standards. Elevate quality and engineering efficiency within our codebases.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization including product, design, and other engineering functions.

• Mentor engineers earlier in their technical career to help them grow.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

• 5+ years of hands‑on backend software development

• Experience in building production-quality, highly performant and scalable distributedsystemsand Service-Oriented architecture

• Experience in one of the JVM languages Java / Scala / Kotlin +SpringBoot.

• Experience in writinghigh qualityproduction code that is tested thoroughly, supported by clear documentation and hasappropriate productionobservability

• Strong CS fundamentals, including OO concepts, data structures, algorithms, and systems architecture

• Solid understanding and experience with NoSQL and relational DB

• Empathy with users internal and external, and a strong customer focus

• Strong communicationskills and a collaborative mindset.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

• Strong product focus and acumen.

• Experience working independently and drive features or components throughout the development lifecycle

• Experience with at least one of the public cloud providers Azure, AWS, GCP

• Experience with IoT stack is a big plus

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science/Engineering preferred

Compensation:

The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The salary range for this role is $153,200 - $269,200. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as the geography of the selected candidate.

Bonus Potential:

An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
