Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in SaaS.
• 3+ years building authentication/authorization systems.
• Experience with distributed applications.
• Security-first code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and Develop scalable, high-performance software solutions, leveraging AI-assisted tools as part of the engineering practice.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and promote best practices across the org, including AI integration in development workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and improve development processes.
• Innovation and Curiosity: Explore new technologies and AI to drive product evolution and personal efficiency.
• Security Mindset: Contribute to a security-first approach by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing robust solutions.
