Job summary

Cerby is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on the Access Management team to help build and scale Cerby's SaaS platform. You will own core capabilities such as application password management, secure vaults, IdP integrations, and graph-based RBAC to enable fine-grained permissions.

You will collaborate with product, design, and security teams, champion a security-first culture, and leverage AI to improve development speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building SaaS apps.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems.
• Mentoring juniors and security-focused code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable SaaS features with AI-assisted tooling.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, maintainable code and promote best practices across the org.
• Lead security-minded development and manage frontend security surfaces.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for scalable systems.
