Amazon is seeking a Software Development Engineer III for AWS SageMaker Unified Studio in Santa Clara. You will help build an integrated ML development experience for analysts, data engineers, and scientists, influencing product features and system design while delivering essential backend components.

You will collaborate across teams, mentor peers, and drive reliable, scalable software that touches customers directly.

Qualifications

5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Work closely with UX designers and product managers to develop friendly UI experiences.
Work closely with other engineers to architect and develop the best technical design.
Develop/maintain operational rigor for the frontend of a new AWS service.
Own and deliver key features within a new interactive ML application.
Collaborate with other AWS SDEs for features that cut across AWS.
Engage with customers and other AWS partners.
