Job summary

auxmoney GmbH is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) to join the Banking & Payment Operations team. You will develop scalable, secure loan accounting and cash flows with investors and borrowers, collaborating with product and business teams.

Bring hands-on PHP backend experience, MySQL, and cloud technology skills (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD). You will work in an agile, cross‑functional environment with a strong emphasis on code quality and architectural excellence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming (preferably PHP) and MySQL databases.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and scalability.
• Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven or service-oriented architectures is a plus.
• Knowledge of PHPUnit or Cypress to ensure robust software quality.
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
