Job summary

The role is backend-heavy, emphasizes end-to-end ownership from concept to production, and requires clean, maintainable code and continuous improvement of engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of automated testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, with a focus on reliability and quality.
• A product-oriented mindset with attention to measurable user and business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working across functions and contributing to engineering culture.
• Proactive approach to security best practices and compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver features that support risk and pricing use cases, owning them end-to-end from concept through production.
• Identify architectural limitations and help evolve the platform toward greater scalability and maintainability.
• Act as a trusted technical voice by promoting engineering best practices and aligning on quality.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to ship high-quality solutions.
• Strengthen automated testing practices, including unit and integration testing, to deliver reliable software.
• Embed security and compliance considerations throughout the software development lifecycle.
