• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience building backend services and REST APIs using a modern web framework.
• Deep experience with relational databases and complex SQL migrations.
• Experience designing REST API contracts with versioning and OpenAPI docs.
• TypeScript and React experience for frontend features.
• OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect familiarity.
• Proven track record driving technical initiatives across teams.
• AI-assisted development tooling experience and velocity improvement.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
