Qualifications

• Backend engineer with strong interest in database internals and distributed systems.
• Experience handling large data volumes with scalable pipelines.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and SQL for backend work.
• Open source mindset and ability to communicate with users.
• Comfortable in a small, accountable team; self-directed.
• CS or quantitative degree preferred.
