Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join the Core Backend team within Cloud Customer Experience. The role focuses on building scalable services powering Crusoe Cloud, including the API gateway, resource management, quotas, notifications, and onboarding.

You will collaborate with product and design, mentor engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions. 3+ years of experience with Go/Rust/Java/C++ and strong knowledge of distributed systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience designing versioned public APIs and SDKs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable services powering Crusoe Cloud.
• Own and evolve the API gateway for resource management.
• Build the notification and eventing backbone with guarantees.
