Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying secure, compliant workloads.
Demonstrated record of building scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
Comfortable collaborating with non-engineers, including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Evolve platform architecture and build high-performance distributed systems.
Develop agentic workflows powering AI-enabled experiences.
Ensure HIPAA-compliant, secure backend systems.
Lead decisions around security, cost, performance, and scaling of AI workloads.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability for AI pipelines and production modules.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to integrate AI capabilities and mentor engineers.
