Job summary

Quo is building an AI-powered platform that unifies calls, texts, and customer data for small businesses. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will code, architect, and own complex components, possibly leading a small team and guiding others.

You’ll work on AI-enabled features, scalable microservices, and observability, with a stack including Node/Typescript, Kubernetes on AWS, Temporal and RabbitMQ, and databases like Postgres and Mongo.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Typescript; or experience with Java/C# and Javascript/Node.
• Experience with observability tools including metrics, structured logging and distributed tracing
