Job summary

Quo is a remote-first startup building an AI-powered platform that unifies calls, texts, and customer data for small businesses. We’re looking for a technical lead to own the architecture behind our customer-facing AI agents and to set the technical direction by writing the code that scales our platform.

You’ll work with Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, and Datadog to build robust backend services. We value high autonomy, fast learning, and a customer-obsessed mindset in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Backend lead with experience scaling critical services.
• Proficient in TypeScript/Node or equivalent language.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs and AI-backed systems.
