Qualifications

• 4+ years designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Experience with AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with LLMs, agents, or AI frameworks in production.
• Ability to define a technical plan for delivering significant features.
• Strong written and verbal communication for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and own technical decisions and projects within the AI Platform team from design through launch and on-call.
• Design and build gateway, runtime, and evaluation services for scalable AI workloads.
• Make AI spend attributable and governable with identity, quota, routing, and failover controls.
• Partner with security, infra, and product teams to set guardrails for agent workloads and on-behalf-of identity.
• Create and monitor metrics; own operational health including monitoring and runbooks.
• Set and improve code review and design standards; advocate across the organization.
• Use AI tools daily to multiply your code, reviews, and operations.
• Educate, mentor, and grow engineers; drive best practices in design, coding, and testing.
