Hex Technologies is seeking experienced backend-leaning product engineers to expand our AI analytics platform. You will work on complex workflows that increase capabilities, reach, and ergonomics of Hex’s agentic analytics platform, including APIs, MCP, and command-line interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience building complex systems with intricate business logic.
• Interest in agentic workflows across disparate systems and tools.
• Experience in a remote-first team with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend Hex’s API and CLI for powerful, ergonomic workflows.
• Design MCP server and client implementations to expand entry points.
• Develop next-generation access control with RBAC and admin flows.
• Own full-stack product changes end-to-end for enterprise features.
• Propose and implement scalable systems in collaboration with the Hex team.
