Coterie Insurance seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to lead design, development, and maintenance of complex systems supporting the insurance platform. You will provide technical direction, drive architectural choices, and ensure scalable, high-performance services while mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities include end-to-end feature delivery, code quality enforcement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Formación

• 5+ years softwareengineeringexperience.
• 5+ years working in the insurance industry.
• 5+ years building production ready APIs in C# with .NET 5+.
• Experience with micro-services architectures in containerized environments.
• Experience with cloud-based SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud services.
• Experience using Git/GitHub for collaboration and code review.
• Experience writing unit tests and automated integration tests (Postman or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize performance.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and participates in code reviews.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
