Job summary

NDA is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to guide and grow an engineering team. You will stay close to code while shaping the architecture and technical direction for scalable systems.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in backend software engineering, deep Node.js and TypeScript, PostgreSQL performance tuning, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and experience building high-load distributed systems. Prior backend leadership and real-time/payment platforms is a plus. Fully remote role.
