Qualifications

• 10+ years backend development experience in Java Spring Boot or C#/.NET Core.
• Experience architecting backend platforms, microservices and databases for high transaction volumes.
• Background in payment platforms, billing infrastructure, or settlement/reconciliation systems.
• Experience with cloud deployments (AWS and/or Azure).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and own outcomes.
• Strong software engineering practices and delivering end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build new functionality across our client’s core CRM/ERP platforms as part of broader product modernization efforts.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices across the engineering organization.
• Architect and develop resilient backend platforms, microservices, and databases for high transaction volumes.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to a tiered team environment.
• Provide on-call support to maintain and support critical systems.
