Job summary

Sira Consulting in Raleigh is seeking a senior Business Analyst with deep Banking and Commercial Lending domain knowledge. You will gather and document requirements, act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, and support the complete construction loan lifecycle from origination through payoff.

The role requires extensive experience in construction loans, LOS, loan servicing, and regulatory compliance, with strong SQL skills and experience in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 5+ years of Commercial Lending domain experience.
• Must have strong knowledge of Construction Loans, LOS, loan servicing/draws, risk and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SQL/data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Support end-to-end construction loan lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, approval, servicing, and payoff.
• Analyze loan draw processes, inspections, disbursements, covenant tracking, and project monitoring requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and business rules.
• Support UAT, defect management, and production implementation activities.
• Collaborate with lenders, credit teams, risk management, operations, and technology teams.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 5+ years of Commercial Lending domain experience.
• Strong knowledge of:

• CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification preferred
